  • New Blackboard Ultra Format (Wednesday, April 8, 2026)

Starting in the Summer of 2026, all courses will be in the new Blackboard Ultra format. You’ll notice a different layout and structure within courses you are teaching or taking.

For STUDENTS, please use this Blackboard Ultra Student Resources document, as it contains helpful information, "how to's" and resources on how to access, navigate, submit assignments, check grades, and complete activities in Blackboard Ultra classes. This document is "live" and we will continually update it, so make sure to bookmark it and refer to it often! Please email servicedesk@saintpeters.edu if you have any questions or issues with your Blackboard course(s).

For FACULTY, your Blackboard course shells in Ultra format contain a link to a specially-designed Blackboard Ultra Faculty Resources document, which has helpful information as well as training/workshop recordings on creating/managing content, setting up and grading assessment, and communicating with your students in the new Ultra format. Please email servicedesk@saintpeters.edu if you do not have access to this document, have any questions, or experience any issues when accessing or navigating your Ultra course(s).
